Exclusive hire includes all listed houses and cottages, four event venues, Osea’s fields, meadows, gardens and private coastline and provides the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in our unique haven of peace, tranquility and exclusivity.
There’s a variety of accommodation. The houses are old and quirky with a hint of the East coast of America fishing villages like Nantucket, Cape Cod or Martha’s Vineyard. Some have stood for over 300 years and are consequently a little rickety but nonetheless all are comfortable and full of character. Many have 4 poster beds, roll top baths, antique furnishings and open fires.
The Island offers four event venues, each one with its own character and history. Our Events Quarter, where three of the four venues are located, also contains an open event field, making it perfect for combining the use of outdoor and indoor spaces and activities, while creating a unique atmosphere.
We work with a carefully selected list of preferred partners that deliver outstanding F&B services and an exciting and engaging range of activities, offering an excellent opportunity to create a bespoke Osea experience.
